Your qualifications

  • Educational level: HBO mechanical engineering or MBO-4 with relevant experience and HBO working level.
  • You bring experience with manufacturing processes in mechanical engineering / production plants.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance priorities between different processes and departments complete your profile. 
  • You are proactive and like to think in solutions instead of problems.

We are one of the leading companies in weed control technology for precision agriculture. In fact, our machines are also used all over the world. Not bad, right, for a down-to-earth club from Dinteloord?

We believe that a balance between natural resources and human needs makes agriculture future-proof. And we contribute to this by developing and producing intelligent hoeing machines with 70 passionate colleagues. Through plant recognition, our machines can hoe the weeds in a targeted way. In this way, farmers use less or even no chemicals, and the plant is given room to grow.
